A non-discolsure agreement is not perfect but it gives you some measure of protection.

Beware companies that do everything. LOL

If they say they can get it all done for you then they are probably just subing it out.

You can sub it out your self.  Just get a NDA signed and check referances.

Then check them again before you give your hard earned money to anyone.

I have had a lot of customers come to me after they have been sheard.
