Hi, this is my first time on site so i'm just gonna get right to my question(s). I have a design that would have NFL/MLB/NHL/NCAA and possibly NASCAR names and logos. The design is to the jerseys and I'm trying to get the correct way to manufacture them myself,or how to protect my design enough where I can try to partner with a licensed company to manufacture them. I have tech packs made for a few of the jerseys and I'm currently looking into having samples made. Can anyone help with some direction to either how to protect my design and approach possible companies, or what to do to manufacture them myself. If anyone knows companies that have licensing agreements that i should contact that'd be great! lol. I really appreciate any help. Thank you.

Hi BMJ, I too am new here. I am in tne process of making a product using licensed material. I googled 'product licensing U.G.A.' and I found good info that I think would be fairly uniform among those granting these rights. About 10 years ago, I contacted NASCAR about this and the info was very similar.
