Hi DasKyle,

Not exactly restaurant specific, but this article will give you general knowledge about business costs involved into starting a new business. Sorry if you already know those things, i just thought it can be useful anyways.

Perhaps a little more information would help.  How big is the restaurant?  What capacity will you feed?  What type of menu?  Will there be any frying?  Or ovens?  Will you need a dish washing machine?  How much refrigeration will you need?  etc. etc.

Depending on size, it can range anywhere from $150K-500K.  I`ve helped fund a few restaurants in the southern california area and they range closer to $200K-300k.  Location will be a big factor in the overall price.  If you need help in the funding department let me know.

Hi !
For my self by the old methode you put $10,000.00 per seat available in your restaurant and you should come with the amonth that you need to open your restaurant.
For a restaurant with a normal kitchen need.
