MySpace had put their weapons down... now we have Google Plus in the race... I have been using it and It didn't make me feel "WOW! this is the best way to communicate & hang around on the internet"... I think that Google Plus will fail to beat Facebook. According to my experience the Facebook Apps, Fan Page, Design & popularity is what makes them the best social media network. Perhaps, Google failed consider these features... Google plus have no Applications & Pages or groups for members & businesses.

Frankly speaking, Google's chances of nudging out facebook through Google plus aren't that great. For most facebook users, Facebook is a way of life and their life is intertwined with it. You cannot expect them to jump ship just because a new social networking site has come up.

I totally agree with you. Perhaps, I wonder how Google couldn't realize this... Before Google+ was launched I was expecting that Google will bring something really innovative and new in Social Media... but the idea is nothing different from Facebook.

For instance after Facebook, Twitter was an innovative idea in Social Networking and people loved and are using both these Social Network frequently... just because they both provide a distinct way of communication & both functions differently... Google couldn't realize this... That's Strange!!
