I`m a novice but gave it a shot. Let me know what you think.
Well first before I would have put it up on youtube and promoted the heck out of my web site I would have made sure my web site was built and ready. Second, and I don`t mean this in a bad way but it realy dosnt grab me. First you come walking in and adjust the mouse, there is a laptop in the way whith a key board in the way. It looks like you are having to scrunch down to be in the camera lens. Just my thoughts.
I agree - you need a more upbeat - energetic "sell" - this makes me sleepy - get a shot of someone working online - running a small business, etc - not just a talking head - you can get some good video cheap online at stock sites to make it more visually appealing -

You need to polish the video. Your entrance is poor and delivery bland. Clearly define your mission. Your site looks better then your video would suggest.
It`s not bad for a first shot. There`s too much dead time at the start and end - get someone else to press the buttons. Tighten up the script to make your relevant points more quickly.

Definitely needs a video-editor.
