Hi Everyone,

I've used WordPress to create my site. I basically did it from scratch. I think it looks really clean and professional but I feel it as also kind of plain. Maybe it's missing something and I just don't know what.

Here's all the info:

Bob Furr Wallpapering & Painting Inc
3801 Miriam Dr, Charlotte, NC 28205
(704) 333-3960
http://bfpaperpaint.com/

Thoughts?

I think your site looks good for a local business. I don't think the bar is too high for design for a local business. One thing I would recommend is a gallery of some sort to showcase your past work. I think that would be something people would like to see before hiring a company like yours.

The website is fine.  It could use some videos though.

Perhaps also a blog on the front page so you could always be adding content.

I think your site is a perfect example of what can be done with WordPress. Yes it looks very much like the templated WordPress site but it is clean and efficient.

Maybe some of the elements are a bit too spaced, such as the space between your navigation bar and the start of your content.

Also, I think you could add some more things in your side bar - maybe some images.

On your contacts page I would recommend adding a map (like a google maps plugin) so the page doesn't look so empty.
