Horror story aside, I am a CA resident doing business in CA with a Nevada LLC registered to do business in CA as a Foreign LLC. I have built up a lot of good credit history under its current EIN. I conduct no business in NV other than to manage the NV LLC.
I want to move this LLC completely to CA to avoid double state/franchise fees, but keep the EIN it has now.
From my research I'll need to use form LLC-1A to convert the CA foreign LLC to a Domestic CA LLC here in CA.
I honestly can't figure out what to file with Nevada. Is this a conversion, merger, or dissolution?
