I run a business process automation company:
What type of customer am I looking for?
- Small to medium business (at least 5 employees)
- Service based (businesses that do "office" jobs are ideal)
- Have "pain points" when it comes to processes (i want to reduce these by automating)
If you have clients you can recommend, I can offer a free consultation to see what process can be automated and what offers a feasible return on investment.
I charge by the amount of money saved. I work with the client to identify how much time they spend on a process. For example if a process costs $10000 in wages, I'll charge about $5000. This means the client will get a return on investment within 6 months.
If you make a referral, then I can give you %. Im not sure what %, maybe you could recommend a price that is agreeable to both of us.
A point to note - I can only do a 4 to 6 free consults a week and take on a few projects at a time. This will ensure I spend quality time with my current paying customers.
