I am thinking of having my own warehouse. I was wondering how difficult it will be get funding for that. By having my own warehouse I can save additional quite a bit and in turn I can reduce the price quite a bit.

If you have been in business for a few years and are making a profit it should not be too hard.

I would go to score in your area and talk to them. SCORE.org. It is connected with the small business adm. If you have a good relationship with your banker I would put the idea to him first because you will need to go to a bank anyway because the sba only insures the loan the bank lends the money.
