Hello SuN Community!

I've been absent for a while, but, after banging my head on trying to find answers to this new problem, I thought I should come back and see what awesome advice you all might have...

Here is the scenario... 12 years ago I founded a regional brew fest on the West Coast. It has grown in popularity over the years. At one point I used my experience with this event to build several more including a Blues festival and other brew fests.

Then I started a new manufacturing company that took most of my time and dissolved my interest in all but the original event.

While the event is great and still growing, it is a once a year fundraiser and not a strong income producer for me and my partners.

However, my email list of attendees has grown to over 7200 and my website get thousands of hits as the event gets closer.

Here is my challenge... I would like to start monetizing that email list and the web hits, creating a year round income source.

I've played with many ideas, but I won't disclose them here, as I would like any and all ideas or directions from you.

I truly appreciate your help and feedback. Am I crazy, or is there a creative, elegant and efficient opportunity I'm missing?

If you have sponsors for your events then you can offer sponsorship levels where a higher paying sponsor may get monthly promotions through your email list.

Also can check out affiliate marketing but that may lead to unsubscribers.
