Just a thought, and more of a plug for the micro loan program really...
You could get a number of small businesses together to support a micro loan program and then write a news release.  A local better business bureau, or downtown business association would do well.  Or you could support it and use it to get your name noticed in a networking group/association.  Not to mention the help you`d be providing!!
