I`m currently using PayPal Payments Pro and I`m looking for a solution that doesn`t have a monthly fee.  I have 1 retailer that I drop ship for and need the virtual terminal feature that PayPal offers.  Unfortunately, this retailer doesn`t bring in a ton of orders to justify the $30 fee.   They won`t allow me to invoice them on each order and I don`t want to invoice them monthly, having to deal with accounts receivables.

I`m fine using PayPal for my direct consumers, but how should I deal with the retailers? Is there another merchant account that you can recommend that doesn`t require monthly fees or a long term contract?

Thanks!

Most merchant accounts have a monthly fee plus a % of the sale. The only ones I know that don`t are "regular" PayPal, Google`s pay service (google checkout), and CCbill..

Take a look at payquake.com.

Their monthly fees for a full-featured merchant account start at $9.00, up to $19.00 a month (as the monthly goes up, the per trans fees go down)

Plus, your actual fee usage offsets your monthly cost - By having a "monthly minimum" as opposed to a monthly fee you are guaranteed to have a FREE merchant account as long as you process the minimum amount!

(I have no financial interest in payquake - just  a customer)
