We are making an e-learning site and we have the content already however we need it arranged into a membership site for language learning in Japanese.
I'm trying to find a person or company that can provide the following:
1. Membership site where content is available per month. Billed through paypal monthly. (perhaps wishlist products) but it seems simple and no affiliate ability.
2. Someone with skills using perhaps articulate or captivate to make our content flow and add quizzes and some simple games with our dialogue. Someone that can look at our 15 line conversation between two people and make a quiz and some games.
3. Also a simple affiliate program built in. Nothing fancy, just when people recommend the site to friends they get money back.
We'd really like to talk to anyone that can recommend the best way to structure this that is compatible with different languages particularly UTF-8 encoding for Japanese.
Look forward to hearing ideas if anyone knows an elance provider that could do this.
