My personal interest and experience includes several years in the Tax Examiner's role with the IRS, partner in a diversified IT firm (Bus. Development Partner & CFO), independent consultant in the fields of taxation, business development, accounting, H/R, finance and MAS. Attended Penn State University (1981 - 1985), majored in Business Administration,listed in Marquis's Whos's Who In Business In America, wrote business/tax column's for Philadelphia Business Weekly, member of the Tax Almanac tax site/forum and active in youth sports in the Philadelphia-area.
