I don`t know if alot of you remember, but I work in the field of cosmetic surgery. 

I recently read a few magazine articles about the boom in medical tourism. I was thinking of getting into this, for cosmetic surgery. 

I am reading and researching right now and am considering the legal implications, but I`m going to try to keep it as a referral service. 

Any tips in general for this?    I have a target country and know doctors in that country already, I just want to get a proposal together. 

Its a great idea. And i call it medical outsourcing. I know a lot of guys from India who are really big in it. I think you should keep these things in mind:

1. Target market and way sof penetration,
2. Costs and ROI and the time its gonna take you to break even.
3. Make a simple marketing plan  that incorporate online marketing,
4. Get clients before you spend big.
