I have been thinking of starting Medical  Services Outsourcing Business. There is huger shortage of medical professional in US and so  my plan is to provide these services to Hospitals.
1. medical Transcriptions
2. X-Rays Reports(Radiology) .
3 Data Management.
I have a very good exp in running operations/ technologies and very good local contacts in India. What i lack is in marketing. How to approach the hospitals and sell my services.
I am working full time in Technology sector so it make it more hard for me to do marketing

Although I am not in marketing, I am do the technicals in the medical field.  I think there really is a need for a better teleradiology service.  I want to create a service from the ground up that really makes teleradiology work.  There have been too many instances where things didn`t work right because of crappy third party systems.
