Hello everyone it`s good to be back! I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving and hopefully a great Christmas. Well I have taken a new approach at this marketing thing. In real life I am in the construction business and I have found that isadly it cannot pay for my ideas. My situation is that I have a startup biz called www.Homerepairnet.com and www.Homerepairnetpro.com which recently just received a nice PR jump. I am looking forward to pushing it for the spring. I have also just finished my second patent on my products and have a great third one that works well with the second product. The thing of it is I am always short financially when it comes to getting the ideas out there. So I have decided to market myself. I suppose I would be looking for a silent partner that would provide me with financial backing and allow me to do my thing. My idea is to bring all products to market. I have all manufacturing in place for products. All products are prototyped. I have decided that life is too short to let ideas pass by for something like 10 grand. So if you are out there drop me an e-mail or reply here. Looking forward to hearing from you. Have a great day all!

hello! i have a question.. i recently hired someone in my company, and knowing his talent and capabilities, i decided to give him 15% shares of the company. What relationship should i maintain with him to avoid any problems in the future? should i be close or should i maintain a distance so that i will not be taken advantage of? do you believe in higher salary or a higher commision? this is for me to give my employees. Thanks, hope for your reply.
