My business is healthcare and disability benefit consulting to individuals.  My goal is to use www.healthcareadvocay.org to generate leads nationwide.  News reports about Healthcare Advocacy have generated over 20,000 hits, but only little more than 300 leads.  Am I wrong in thinking that is an awful ratio?

Due to absolutely no money and no technical ability in website construction, I designed and built the site myself using Yahoo's free Site Builder.

With my financial and technical situation, how do I:

  • Generate more hits.
  • Convert hits to more leads.
Please help.  Please critque the effectiveness of www.healthcareadvocacy.org in supporting these goals.  Please comment on what works, what doesn't, and you advice to improve it's effectiveness.

Thank you.

umm... pretty unpersuasive.  Your offer isn't clear.  Are you

looking to get people to call you?  Why isn't there a call-to-action

on the front page?

It must be pretty awkward to be in this business for 5 years

and still have no money and no effective marketing system.

I can't even begin to tell you how to correct this - it's just not

up to snuff by a long shot.

Better start reading every book you can get on direct response

copywriting and marketing.  You'll have to buy or get most of

the better ones on interlibrary loan.
