I own a virtual office solution business and get lots of lead by web & phone I’m looking to get a software/web based to track and auto respond to lead and do all other basic CRM stuff. Does anyone have a good suggestion? I was testing the salesforce.com and then looking into infusionsoft.com marketing pro CRM on which I had a live demo and looked at all the added benefit that it has (but it expensive) how it your software accordingly?

Any feedback on infusionsoft.com marketing CRM software will be appreciated.

Try Kregg. He`s got a whole CRM system, is a member on SuN, and is definitely reaching out for new business.

LOL! Hey...reaching out for new business isn`t desperate. :-) Besides, I like that you have a corporate policy that on any given month, your customer service hotline closes and leaves a message to that effect! LOL! I still crack up thinking about how much I`d love to actually do that!

From what I understand, the Sloan brothers not only have a superb site for advice and ideas, it`s designed to encourage referrals, interaction, and putting people together with other people. To my way of thinking, trying out some software where you actually know the person in charge is a much better recommendation than trying to "find" software out in the open world where you know nothing at all about who`s the company.

Kind of like keeping it in the family. :-)

CRM is often misunderstood as an application or a tool, but in the real sense of the term it is a way of doing business. The benefits of CRM solutions are multi-faceted and range from optimization of customer service response times and satisfaction to reduction of operational cost.
