 Hello to all who might have an interest,

 I design jewelry and sculpture products and I`m looking for a manufacturer that is owned and run by women.  My customer base are mostly women so there for It would make sense to me to support my market by hiring them. Almost creating a close loop from manufacture to customer. I also sadly notice that in the job market women make less money than men.
 This type of model could be used in any business. I notice that some companies use this model like Mother Works here in Philly. But not fully, because they also out source.
  I know this is almost looking for a needle in a hay stack. So I figure I would ask the SuN magic 8 ball. ( now that`s a product that I would love to own the rights to).
