Sugar free, fat free, great tasting chocolate? I`ll spend my weekly grocery budget on it :).

I also recently found that there`s a lack of violet chocolate..it`s so yummy, but in all of  NYC & all of the internet, I`ve only been able to find 1 place that isn`t in the U.K. I know others that would buy as well.

Chocolate barl with pistachio pieces is also hard for me to find in the U.S.

Rose chocolates are also yummy & hard to find.

I love artisan chocolates...I`m your ultimate consumer ;).

We have some very exciting things planned, and I will definitely bring up the Violet request, we are experimenting with all different floral infusions right now (big fans of Spring!). Currently we are featuring locally grown lavender in one of our chocolates.

 

Pistachios are fantastic in chocolate, we use them in a Pistachio Truffle, which is a creamy center of Organic Fair-Trade Milk Chocolate rolled in Toasted Pistachios. This is the URL to our Gallery:
