I usually outsource my work from GAF.

Anyway, Thanks for sharing your experience.

Outsourcing your content is definitely a more affordable option for some business owners. Not only that, but often, the people you hire to write your blog, website content, or press releases, have become experts in their field and do a fantastic job.

I couldn't agree more. The people you hire are more focused on their core tasks and thus they will be able to do provide great output.

Great conversation going on here. I think outsourcing is becoming essential. When done for the right reasons, outsourcing will actually help your company grow and save money. There are other advantages of outsourcing that go beyond money.

Outsourcing is incredibly important.

I've hired VA's in India and found that they could never deliver on what I wanted to my satisfaction and that the language barrier was the greatest obstacle.

Lately I've been going to websites like fiverr.com and finding people that specialize in a single service (or multiple services) and using them as my outsourcers on an ongoing basis.

Anyway, I have found that after inexpensive trials with 2-5 people, I get one that really meshes with me and I use them on an ongoing basis.

That's all I've got on outsourcing today.

hat leads to my next point which is to just give a piece of the project.  Two reasons for this:

  1. If you give too much information, they almost don`t know where to begin and steps get missed.
  2. If you give a small piece of work, you can identify how the work arrangement will develop and you can know if you want to continue working with them.
