I think Aweber.com is a great site but I use www.constantcontact.com.  They have a fantastic customer support system and they go out of their way to help with your email campaigns.  Very User Friendly.  It took all of 15 minutes to get my first email campaign created and sent out.  Also, they allow you to add subscriber email addresses manually without first sending an opt in request.  This comes in handy when you are beginning with just family and friends email addresses.

I really like your products, they are fun and unique.  I have to agree with what others said about the bright colors.  You want it to look fun but not quite so harsh.  When I visited your site and was shopping, I was interrupted by a LOUD announcement telling me that I had won a trip to Disney and all the details it involved. I couldn`t figure out how to turn it off, so I logged off your site.  Have you checked to see what keywords people are using to find your site and how long they are staying? 

Also, don`t forget to list your website in your SUN profile!

I am like you, I get tons of hits and no calls or buyers. I was doing the pay per click thing and it was getting expensive with no leads. How do we track who has been to the website? Is their a program that is affordable or built for small businesses? I would like to track and see if it`s MD`s on my site or other billing companies comparing services.

you should try google analytics to track your visitors` behavior.  It`s free, you dont even need to use google adwords to use it.  Powerful enough for all the info you need.

I tried the free trial version of Constant Contact and got great results.  I`m going to continue with it.  You can put together a great looking, professional Newsletter and track statistics, thanks for the suggestion!
