Hi there. I was looking at your site. The Marquee thing really doesn`t add to it. Also, I am a bit confused:

I feel mislead by the first part. I am Bilingual as well, but I speak German and English. Do you offer services for my language too? You seem to only teach Spanish as the second language. Bilingual means fluency in two languages, not only Spanish and English. I would suggest replacing foreign with Spanish.
