I am a programmer looking to start a new outdoor sports website with a new twist. I need partners who can add content for rock climbing, mountain biking, snow boarding, etc.

I can provide such content. I used to own an action sports marketing agency and have expert resources in all related sports. I am currently the owner of an Online Marketing agency for small businesses (see www.agent-cy.com). Do you have a budget? How are you looking to compensate content contributors? Do you have an online marketing plan? What have you done and what do you stll need to do?

Make sure to look through all the outsourcing websites. You could easily find some writers that are right up your alley and interested in the same things as you, which could help you get a great writer full time!

It is likely that you could find content providers for minimal cost.  Perhaps, post your project on a site like guru.com to find a wide variety of providers.

Best of luck.
