I'm currently at the stage where I want me company to grow. Since I handle all the technical side of my company, I think the only way to do that is by hiring a business person to help me expand. I'm looking for someone to manage all the non-technical sides of the job.  They perform tasks that would entail, customer service, sales, marketing, grants, growth; basically someone who enjoys the business side and wants to help a company grow and understands the vision of the company.  My main concern is the type of person I need for this position. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
