I am an independent Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor. Each year I close several deals in the Manufacturing Metals Fabrications sector. Due to the economic downturn, many companies in this sector are consolidating, which means there are tremendous income opportunities for anyone providing M&A services to them. Also, there are a lot of manufacturing reps, sales people and industry insiders who already know which companies are good merger candidates but miss the opportunity to make some money on these deals because they are not in the M&A business. If anyone is interested, I would like to propose a referral partnership that will allow you to leverage any current relationships you may already have so we may jointly do more deals together. Also, I would be open to assisting sales people who wanted to get involved in deal origination full time.
