Start Up Nation has provided us with a valuable tool. I was once asked to join a networking club. Its members were made up of those businesses that have synergy, eveyone offered a different solution but marketed to the same target audience.  They met at the same time and day every week.

I would like to begin a club for those of you who are providing any of the following services or products.  Residential Mortgages, Real Estate, Accounting, Legal, Title, Foreclosure, Commercial Real Estate, and Hard Money Lending. If you are interested please let me know by responding to my log in CreditGuy.

I would be interesting in joining.  I sell closing gifts to real estate agents to give to their clients at closing.

This is not my line of expertise, but had thought of doing the same thing myself.  Along the lines of a women`s business network.  biggest problem i encountered is competition.  i figured it would be better to have a non-compete clause, but couldn`t figure out how to put it all together.

Would love some advice, if you care to share.

Good luck and thanks!!

Sounds like a great idea!  Would you have any need for a financial advisor within your group?

I like the idea, count me in! I`m an Agent but I don`t put much energy into it at the moment because of other ventures but I`m always willing to help.
