Hello - I am an engineer and have been working for a corporation for the last 25 years. I am interested in opening a business close to my home location in south Florida. Since I have no business background, I would like to start with a partner but we have to make equal financial commitment (less than 100K). It can be anything like restaurants, hair salons, franchises, etc. Franchises interest me the most because of its lower risk.
