I am looking for an investor(s) to help purchase an ongoing restaurant business in West Texas.  The business is already making money and I am moving to Texas to pursue this opportunity.  I have a year and a half of college experience in Culinary Arts and 4 years experience inside different restaurants.  Looking for an investor that is willing to invest and receive 25% return on investment over a course of 4 years.  Looking for direction and easiest way to continue my process.

To give you input and direction, I would need to know more about the specific situation including the selling price and details of the deal.

Also, when you say 25% return over 4 years - do you mean 25% per year or just 25% total return?
