Hah! So you got the radio show going! Most Excellent!! :-D

How much time is involved in a guesting situation?
Is it done via phone?
What`s the format for the show?
What obligation does the guest have?
Is there an underlying agenda you`re trying to promote that the guest should be aware of?

:-) Just some generic questions to understand what`s involved.

Unsolicited Web site commentary:

I went to the above link and couldn`t read the site. The very light gray text on the white background was so lacking in contrast (Firefox 1.x, Windows PC), I couldn`t see. Maybe it`s a browser rendering, but I`d guess it`s just the choice of font color.

Ahh.....waidddaminnitt.....the site just took long to load! Sorry `bout that. :-) Now the text is at least white on black....lemme check.

Perhaps some of the previous questions were answered? No, not that I saw.

Hi, Craig!

Excellent questions.  We`re still waiting on the servers in London, but each show will be one hour.  I broadcast on Sundays at 10:00 p.m. EST.

I`ve set aside 10 minutes for each guest (one per show), but if there are no callers, we can keep talking.  The rest of the show is live career coaching.  Callers and guests may call in for free using Skype.  I will also have a regular US phone number (please see www.jobyoudeserve.com/jydradio.html).

There`s no obligation I can think of other than to show up at the previously agreed upon time.    My only agenda is to fill up my hour with information and coaching that will inspire people to look forward to Mondays again.  If you or someone you know can help me do that, I`d love to have you/him/her on my show.

You`re right about the page taking forever to load...if you have dial-up, forget it!  Let me know if you`re still having trouble...I`ll let COTA know.

Hi Kristen :-)
I re-checked your main, personal site, and it loaded faster but with the background image and white text, on black, a bit hard on my eyes. However; the other site, the one for the radio show loaded instantly and is very easy to read.

Sounds like a fairly simple thing for these interviews, so perhaps you might put what you wrote above onto the Web radio site? Sort of like TV talk shows, y`know, where they say, "Would you like to be a guest on Oprah?" Then there`s the how to go about doing it....?

I agree, the COTA blog is a little hard on the eyes. 

I know exactly what you mean.  I tried to make a comment on my own page, but it said I had to log in to Wordpress.  I don`t have a Wordpress account, but I suppose I could create one just to be able to post this information.
