JTech, contact me off line and I`ll send you a couple hundred contacts in the self-storage industry; I don`t find them very innovative and several of your selling points are covered by other on-line services (e.g., eMove), but maybe you can get some bucks from a VCs behind a brand as it would give them something outside of real estate; and a means to sell past their own signs to the vast majority of individual operators.  btw, the U-Store-It Trust is based in Cleveland and they have several hundered facilities.
