The goal of this system is to allow Small and Medium Businesses to create/send/receive documents such as Invoice,Purchase Order,Sales Order, Payment Information along with supporting attachments & notes in order to streamline the AP/AR function. You can setup a separate login for your Vendors/Customers and customize the look and feel based on your needs.
Users can create Invoices/POs etc either manually or import it directly from QuickBooks. InLattice also includes a Payment processing module and support the creation of a NACHA file (for e-Checks) which can then be uploaded to your Bank.
