Beginning as a `brand project` in one of the top grain milling centers in the world, Minneapolis, Minnesota, I relocated Ancient Grains Baking Company as an intellectual endeavor to the creative and spiritual mecca of Santa Fe, New Mexico ... a place widely known for its timeworn authenticness and old world cachet.

Creating a rich and enduring brand was and still is an overlying goal. And having a line of groundbreaking consumer food products carried along by an exceptional name and very striking brand indentity is something of the utmost value and accomplishment in today`s commercial world.
