I market a product from a distributor who sells wholesale to me and everyone and their brother.
I contacted the company and asked for exclusive distribution from my clientele so that my clients may not purchase direct. The company agreed to sign a contract with me protecting my client base.
The remedy seems to be labor intensive but necessary to update a client list daily / weekly.
I am asking anyone with this kind of experience to share their experience. I need advice on this type of contract agreement. Where can I find one?
