Nice site well set out. Not flashy and over the top.
I also just put up a new page on writing ebooks.

Hi Kregg:
I`m going to take your request at face value; I hope my candor won`t offend. My comments are limited to your home page, since that`s the one that`s really got to grab people and pull them in.
The page has a nice look and feel - clean and professional, but I see a few things you might want to change, in no particular order:
1. Under "Why AppShore", I would put a space in between content links and your contact information, right before the line "We Offer Free Training". Right now this section is all one block, which makes the section hard to read and obscures the fact that the top four items are links.
2. I would switch the logo and the verbiage in the "Customer Testimonial" section. With the logo on top, this currently looks a lot like an ad and might get missed. I`d also make the font a bit bigger or maybe a different color (dark blue?) to draw the visitor`s eye. Finally, I`d make the customer logo smaller and position it to the right of the testimonial, positioning it like a signature.
3. If you are a lower cost solution than Salesforce, I would be shouting that from hills, because cost is a primary driver in your market space. The second bullet in the "AppShore Professional Edition..." section alludes to AppShore being price competitive, but it is (in my opinion), too coy. I would make a direct comparison right there, and I would highlight that bullet point somehow so visitors would be sure to see it.
Hope this helps!
Lynn is too picky. Put your time into getting the word out.
The product sells itself. I signed up for the 30 day deal and will start paying the small price at the end. I also passed it on to a client. They are looking at it for their $15M plus company.
