Any accountant referrals for a CA LLC? I am looking to deal with somebody over the phone and via e-mail/Internet only. Need assistance with setting up QuickBooks, tax filings, etc.

I have a great accountant that I have worked with for years. ClearPath Business Advisors, ask for Stacy Blanda. The number is 925/484-2486. They are in the Bay Area. best of luck!
