Hello, I`m in the process of opening a business answering service mysmartstaff.com, this will be for small business that can`t afford a secretary at the moment or just need some extra phone help. I need to get a hold of the software’s used by other answering service companies, could anyone help me with it? Thanks in advance.

Look at www.salesforce.com, too, for CRM software without having to purchase the software - an online solution. Excellent company and product - IMHO.

Thanks for the reply, I`m looking for a software that goes together witha phone system and when a call comes in it open the companey info etc, and you are able to patch the call enter messages etc.
