My New York firm has the products, drop ship vendors, domain name and corporate emails, as well as voicemail.  I am offering equipty partnership.  What I require is someone who can create an amazing website, the literature, press releases etc... , create the financials on the business plan, polish up the plan to convince SEEDCO and non-traditional lenders to provide seed money for the P.R. campaign and a few other starters, as well as convince retailers to buy from us.  Anyone is interested in a partnership and can provide the above, let me know.

Katt,

Why don`t you list your business proposal as Project #4 and recruit the
people who were interested in your business idea from the "Can We Create a
Business Together" forum? That might give you a head start on forming your
team, since you`ll be recognized by others who are familiar with your
proposal.

Have you created a partnership agreement?

I am going to add another dimention to it.  Good Idea Denise.  I hadn`t even thought of that.  I have an agreement that I can adjust to each situaltion.  I have a rough business plan.  Where I can`t seem to get around are the financials.  I do don`t have the money to pay for it to be done, or polished.    Thanks.
