I am looking for a 12 month loan for 50K.  Willing to pay what I consider a fair rate.  Payments can be made weekly and even drafted from our account.  We have a 3 year history and can show verifiable balance sheets, orders, receivables and all pertinent financial docs.

Based upon the information you have given, a loan seems quite possible. Since you posted here, I infer that you have some challenges/ issues with the traditional "bank loan" route - so if you`d like to discuss your specific situation (in confidence) send me a PM or contact me directly.

Have you ever considered taking a small business loan, assuming, of course, that your credit history is reasonably good? There are a plethora of companies that provide this service to you. Your interest rate depends again...on your credit rating. Small business loans of up to 500K are an ideal way to start up your business.
