 I am looking for a company to manufacture my own design EVA foam flip flops. I have tried Alibaba and contacted a couple of companies but had a tough time comunicating with them. Any suggestions or similar problems ? Should I just try contacting other companies?

There are two options that are very powerful here.  The first is to network with entrepreneurs in a similar arena and ask them where they go - that`s pretty much what you`re doing here.

The second is to check out your state`s Center for Trade Development.  I don`t know what state you are in, but here in PA the site is: http://www.newpa.com/default.aspx?id=121

I believe most states have equivalent departments.  Most are federally (or at least state) funded, so they are affordable and they have lots of connections.
