I plan on launching an e-commerce site very soon.

Also I will be having to telemarketers who will be selling my product and will be getting a commission based salary . This being the case - I am seeking a special software program were each telemarketer can log in to his own account and track his own leads, sales and earnings.

Can anyone recommend a good program?

If you would like a hosted CRM Software solution then I believe that Salesboom.com offers what you are looking for, you can set up separate commission programs for all you employees and they all log into their own account, you set up their access levels so you control your companies security levels. I believe their platform even comes with phone scripting, perfect for telemarketers.
