I`ve been on active duty for over 17 years and currently serve as a Naval Officer in the US Navy.  I`ve started two businesses over the past 7 years, www.MoonTownCafe.com, and www.SportingHelp.com

I`m trying to sell MoonTownCafe.com and SportingHelp.com is brand new.  I would like to keep MoonTownCafe.com, but I haven`t found an Ad Network that would make it profitable enough to maintain.

I`ve tried Adsense, YPN, Advertising.com, ValueClickMedia, and other smaller ad networks.  If we could make between $2.00-3.00 per thousand impressions, we would be very happy.  Is there an ad network out there that pays this amount?  I would prefer CPM and not CPC.

Any other ideas on how to make this website (MoonTownCafe.com) more profitable.  Here`s a spec sheet for this website:

Thanks,

Kyle

What I would do is look over at Darren Rowse`s Problogger site. I know yours is not a blog, but he talks a lot about making money with advertising.

Like this post.

There are multiple ways to attach this ... one is the actual ad network, and the second is the ad placement.

The way your site is designed ... you could be getting a lot higher ad responses if you simply did some redesigning.

We actually have a blog service that our members use.  Over 100 of them have blogs on our site.  What type of redesigning would you recommend?  I`ve been avoiding putting large ads on the main page because I really wanted to maintain some sort of artistic integrity.  Thanks as always for your advice, nhgnikole.  You`re the best!

Adbrite and TextLinkAds may be other ad sites to consider.
