Hello All,

I started a online venture about 6 months ago and have seen crazy returns all ready. I was expecting to earn maybe $100-$200 per month just on the side. But now I am earning close to $1,000 a month and I have to expand.

The business I am talking about it Outplay Poker (http://www.outplaypoker.com). We have a complete growth plan and are looking to conquer the market in the next five years.

We are looking for single investors or companies to invest a minimum of $500 into our business.

You can learn more at http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2029365 or contact us for more information at support@outplaypoker.com.

Best Regards,

Nick

Nick,

Congratulations on your unexpected success.

Since you appear to be selling a security - you should brush up on the regulations governing these transactions.

Thanks,

I have some knowledge of the type. I already have one investor, just looking for more so I have enough capital to really make a full on marketing campaign.

Really though any funding will do the trick I was debating taking out a loan. But I do not know of any loans that allow you to say start paying later rather then sooner.

Best Regards,

Nick

Nick,

If you already have one investor - then you may need to take some quick action to properly document the security transactions including filing with the SEC.

Depending upon your company goals and short term/long term needs, you may be able to get a peer loan.

Here's a blog that lists a few private lenders:

and another that explains Regulation D funding if your filing w/ SEC:

Good Luck!
