Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
My name is Stan and I represent a Bulgarian company. We do Real Estate and we construct our own projects.
With more then 20 years of experience we can finally bring some of our projects to the table for negotiations on the international investment market. Investors we are looking for must be honest and hard working like us. The looks is important but what we want is to see the investor face to face before any transfer and demand of money. They may choose the option that we like - joint Venture and come to Bulgaria to make a common company in order to share the profit according to the law or they can choose the other options - anonymous investor, silent investor, as long as it does not harm our interests or tests our trust over the limit.
The projects we can offer are share of trade centers (2) in or very close to Downtown Sofia . WE can put guarantee in these projects for fast income, because we already have companies who are interested in buying some of the office floors for their office centers for example.We also can offer respectful part of the building to the percentage of the expenses they have covered. And they can choose what to do. And this is only for the trade centers so the options are there and we are open to all sorts of discussions.
If you agree to come to Bulgaria and we sign a treaty we will cover your ticket and your expenses there.
