I am new to SUN, but it seems like the place to ask about this. My company, www.grapevinecommunities.com is looking for entrepreneurs and finding the right people has been challenging.

We lease to own community based websites around the US. We are actively seeking new Grapevine owners in many major markets. The only fee is $250.00 per month (the first two months are paid in advance) and the site owner keeps all profits above that. Six figures a year with residuals is realistic.

If you wanted to target people who want their own business without huge start up costs, where would you look? Open to any suggestions.
