For the past several years I have developed some interesting company ideas that cover everything from affiliate marketing to mobile computing to website testing.

The basis of these companies requires strong knowledge of network protocols and low-level, packet-level C++ programming. 

While I have patents on many of these companies, I do not possess the deep C++ skillset to implement many of these ideas and, while I have had C++ people work iwth me in the past on numerous prototypes, I do not have anybody that currently is able to work on these projects in an equity partner capacity.

So you need the programmer only correct? You will handle the rest such as marketing, business development etc. What kind of percentage equity you are willing to give to the programmer?
