I am currently looking for a CRM Expert who is interested in giving a 1-1/2 hour workshop on the topic of "Tips for Setting Up, Using, and Maintaining an Effective Customer Database". Ideally the workshop will give cover the types of databases available (Outlook, Act, etc.) and tips for growing your business using your customer database software.
This workshop series was started almost 2 years ago as a way to help businesses in the Downriver Detroit area grow their business in a challenging economic environment. Each workshop is on a different topic along the "Grow Your Business" theme.
Because this is being hosted by a not-for-profit organization, the budget for these workshops is very low, so we are looking for a speaker who is interested in speaking in exchange for exposure for their business and the opportunity to help businesses in a challenging economic environment.
Our average attendance is between 40-50 business professionals from all different types of industries, but all with the goal of growing their business.
