I need someone Entrepreneur minded and hungry.

I recently purchased a 5 year old, profitable window cleaning business. I have a few other successful businesses and I am looking for a business partner to help me run this one. I will manage the promo material—(business cards, brochures, and fliers), yellow page ads, billing, scheduling, website, etc… I need someone to hit the streets, grow the business and clean the windows. I have all the inventory needed— ladders, blades, chemicals, etc… I also have all the training materials necessary, so no window cleaning experience required.
