Now, i've been reading a lot about companies that have funding, some are w/ in the city limits of their investor's and some are out-of-state investor's.
I noticed w/ angel investor's they ask that you be in the same state. My questions are:
To have a more of a better chance at getting invested, should i live in the same state or does that matter ?
Are their tax differentials when getting funding from outside the state your business is in?
